Modified Bismuth Titanate
Piezo Technologies manufactures the industry standard bismuth titanate piezo ceramic. Developed for ultra-high temperature applications, our modified bismuth titanate has a high Curie temperature (TC = 600°C) coupled with extremely stable piezoelectric activity over the entire temperature range, up to 400°C. K-15 piezo ceramic elements can be manufactured in a range of shapes and sizes for ultra-high temperature accelerometers and vortex flow meters, as well as pressure, knock, and NDT piezoelectric transducers.
