Modified Lead Metaniobate (K-81, 83, 85, 91)

Piezo Technologies develops modified lead metaniobate piezoelectric ceramics for use in non-destructive testing transducers. Modified lead metaniobates have a low aging characteristics and low mechanical Q. They also have a highly stable dielectric constant with variations of temperature and pressure, and low acoustic impedance. Frequently used in ultrasonic transducers, NDT and medical imaging. In addition, K-81 offers broad bandwidth, deep water and high temperature capabilities when this is desired.
