The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) is where the world’s energy professionals meet to exchange ideas and opinions to advance scientific and technical knowledge for offshore resources and environmental matters. OTC is the largest global event for the oil and gas sector, featuring 2,000 exhibitors, and attendees from across the globe. Founded in 1969, OTC’s flagship conference is held annually at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. OTC is sponsored by 13 non-profit organizations and societies who work cooperatively to develop the technical program. Please Join us in Welcoming Mr. Greg Abbott as our Plant Manager

Piezo Technologies is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Greg Abbott as our Plant Manager. Mr Abbott joins us with over 15 years of operations management experience in the global manufacturing and distribution industries. Most recently, as the Operations Manager for Dynaloy, LLC where he was responsible for operational functions including manufacturing, supply chain, toll blender and facilities management, QC, purchasing, compliance, environment, health and safety (EHS), and customer service. He reports to Dr. Christopher McLean, General Manager, Amphenol Piezo Technology Products (APTP) group representing the Piezo Technologies and sister company, Wilcoxon Sensing Technologies brands.

We are excited to have Greg in this important leadership role, and as an essential member of our team at Piezo Technologies. He brings noteworthy expertise and certifications including Six-Sigma Black Belt, Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Management Program, ISO Auditor, and military leadership experience as Captain, Platoon Commander, United States Marine Corps. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Business from the Virginia Military Institute.
